This automatic enameled copper wire stripping and bending machine is designed for motor manufacturing, supporting copper wires from φ1.7 to φ2.5 mm. It uses rotary stripping with adjustable length to ensure damage-free insulation removal. Equipped with cylinder feeding and mold forming for precise double ring bending. Features wire absence detection and automatic discharge to improve efficiency and reliability.
A specialized machine used to strip the insulation from enameled round copper wire and bend the wire into a specific shape using a forming die.

14. Material receiving mechanism: maintain material receiving for at least 30 minutes, with full material alarm indicator;
15. The paint stripping mechanism fully considers tool lifespan and replacement operability, and extends the enamel wire guide rod length as much as possible to the end of stripping;
16. The straightening mechanism is easy to adjust and flexible to twist (with guide rail slot on the platform); currently no need to consider wire diameter replacement;
17. The cutting position mechanism is easy to adjust with scale markings; the cutting mechanism uses high-strength structure with a service life over 5 years (with guide rail slot on the platform); no flying debris allowed after copper wire cutting;
18. The wire feeding mechanism is flexible and simple to adjust (with guide rail slot on the platform).
