This equipment is widely applicable to outer stator winding of brushless motors, which are mainly used in industries such as in-wheel motors, industrial blowers, generators, and oxygen pump motors. It supports various wire types including fine, thick, single and multi-strand wires with large outer diameter capability to enhance power output and meet stringent quality requirements. The equipment adopts Delta (Panasonic) 3-axis servo system, programmable control system, 7-inch touch screen display, and realizes 1-out-2 automatic winding, wire cutting & clamping, and integrated operation.

1.The main control system adopts a motion controller, allowing the technician to freely program different winding methods.
2.The main machine operates through the coordinated action of four-axis servo motors and auxiliary cylinders to perform automatic winding.
- S-axis winding: Maximum speed 20,000 rpm, mechanical spindle, 1.5 KW motor
- X-axis indexing: Maximum speed 1,500 rpm, mechanical spindle, 0.75 KW motor (with reducer)
- Y-axis traversing: Maximum speed 1,500 rpm, ball screw drive, 0.75 KW motor
- Z-axis chuck: Maximum speed 1,500 rpm, linear guide rail, 0.75 KW motor
3.Machine structure: Dual-station single flyer winding machine, flyer supports forward and reverse rotation.
4.Winding tension system: Equipped with an electronic tensioner or motorized tensioner (model selected based on wire diameter range, available in high and low tension specifications).
5.Wire head and tail are automatically cut off.
6.Supports stator switching between multi-strand and single wire. For single wire, precise layer-by-layer winding is available for single-coil applications.
7.Equipped with sound and light alarm system to alert in cases of insufficient pressure, machine failure, or wire breakage.
8.Equipped with a safety light curtain; when triggered, the machine pauses and requires manual restart to resume operation, preventing potential accidents.
